Saini Battery Returns & Warranty Policy

At Saini Battery , we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality energy and power solutions. We understand that issues can arise, and we have established the following policy to ensure a clear and fair process for returns and warranty claims. This policy applies to all physical products purchased directly from our website.

 

1. Damaged on Arrival (DOA)

 

This section covers products that are visibly damaged or non-functional upon delivery.

  • Reporting Window: You must inspect your order upon receipt and report any physical damage or functional failure to our Customer Support team within 24 hours of the confirmed delivery time.

  • Requirements for a Claim: To be eligible for a DOA claim, you must provide:

    1. A valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

    2. Clear photographic and/or video evidence showing the damage to both the product and the packaging it arrived in.

  • If you follow this procedure , and share your complaint as per the specified procedure we will start the Resolution procedure. 

  • Resolution: Once we validate the claim, we will offer a full replacement or a complete refund, including any shipping charges. The choice between a replacement and a refund will be at the discretion of [Your Company Name].

  • It is your duty to inspect the items you receive to aces any faults/mistakes, at the time of delivery, you may contact customer support as soon as you get delivery in case of any specified errors (namely , damaged product upon arrival , or wrong product upon arrival),                                                                         if you fail to report within time / or cant give valid proof / or found liable for damage , you may not receive any compensation. 

 

2. Latent Defects or Early Malfunction

 

This section covers products that are not visibly damaged upon arrival but are found to be dysfunctional within a short period.

  • Reporting Window: If your product is not functioning correctly and shows no signs of physical damage, you may report the issue within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • If you could not have know of a defect , and the product is not visibly damaged at all, (Excluding minor non functional related cosmetic damage like sticker, paint , or light scratches, minor visible  damage that can't disrupt functionality  ) and find out later during installation/use to be faulty, You can file a claim, and will be subject to the policy of the manufacturer/Brand itself. 

  • Process: Such claims are subject to the inspection and return policies of the original product manufacturer (e.g., Luminous, Exide, Livguard, Amaron etc.). We will act as a facilitator between you and the brand.

  • Requirements for a Claim: You must provide:

    1. A valid proof of purchase.

    2. A detailed description of the malfunction. Video evidence may be required.

  • Resolution: The final decision on a replacement or refund will be made by the manufacturer based on their assessment. We will honor the manufacturer's decision and facilitate the approved resolution.

 

3. Manufacturer's Warranty Claims

 

This section covers products that fail during their stated warranty period (after the initial 14-day window).

  • The products sold by Saini Battery That are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranty. There terms, conditions, and duration of the warranty are determined solely by the brand.

  • As the customer, you have two options for processing a warranty claim:

    • Option A: Direct Claim with Manufacturer You can contact the manufacturer/brand directly or visit one of their authorized service centers to claim the warranty. This Way You would handle the Logistics, report generation, claim filing, proof, and shipping by yourself, in your time. this might be virtually free.

    • Option B: If you prefer , Saini Battery Warranty Assistance Service , can manage the warranty claim on your behalf. Please note that this is a paid service. We will handle the logistics of your claim, including inspection, report generation, and shipping the product to the manufacturer. Charges for shipping, inspection services, and administrative fees will apply. We will provide you with a quote for these services before proceeding.

4.  Incorrect Product Received

 

This section covers situations where the product delivered does not match the product you ordered.

  • Reporting Window: You must report that you have received an incorrect product within 48 hours of the confirmed delivery time.

  • Requirements for a Claim: To be eligible, you must provide:

    1. A valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

    2. Clear photographic evidence of the incorrect product received, along with the packaging and shipping label.

  • Resolution: After verifying the claim, we will arrange for the incorrect item to be picked up. You will have the option of receiving the correct product as a replacement or a full refund. We will cover all shipping costs associated with the return and replacement. 

  • In case of a false claim, you can face Service charges, transportation Charges if any, and Shipping Charges If any. 

6. General Conditions & Exclusions

 

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase is mandatory for all return and warranty claims.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items may be marked as non-returnable on the product page. Please review this before purchasing.

  • This policy does not cover:

    • Damage caused by improper installation By a third party/you , misuse, neglect, or accidents.

    • Products that have been tampered with, opened, or repaired by unauthorized personnel.

    • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality.

    • Damage caused by natural disasters (e.g., lightning strikes, floods). 

    • Miscellaneous : Returns are only accepted for the reasons explicitly stated in this policy (e.g., Damaged on Arrival, Incorrect Product, Latent Defect). We do not accept returns for Reasons Other than Provided in the Refund Policy.
