Please include your order details and any supporting evidence (e.g., photos, videos) of the damage or malfunction. Note - Refund/Returns Is subject to our Refund Policy.

If you receive a product that differs from your original order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide the following:

• Proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

• Photos of the product you received and the product packaging.

We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and the return shipping of the incorrect product+ Shipping charges for the correct item will be covered by us.

You will receive a a valid warranty card with your purchase, if the product comes with one . For warranty claims: You have 2-

• Option 1: You can claim directly with the manufacturer, in your own time, typically at no charge.

• Option 2: If you prefer, we can assist with the warranty process. This service is paid and covers shipping, inspection, and reporting fees.

Yes, we do accept used or scrap lead-acid batteries. We offer a discount based on the current market scrap value of the battery scrap, which can be applied toward your new purchase.

All collected batteries are sent for recycling in compliance with environmental regulations.

Please note:

• The scrap value is market-dependent and may vary.

• Battery condition and type may affect eligibility.

• This service may be limited to select locations.

• Shipping charges for the transportation of scrap batteries will be deducted from the scrap value.
